Established in 1987 by former Accolade CEO Tom Frisina. In 1994, the company filed for bankruptcy and was bought out by IntraCorp in September of that year. Three-Sixty continued as a publishing label, but ultimately died with the financial demise of IntraCorp and subsidiary Capstone Software in 1996.
