Notes
Established by Mark Seremet and F.J. Lennon in Pittsburgh, USA in the late 1980s. Prior to Paragon Software, Seremet and Lennon had headed up their own company called Microsphere, which sold C128 accounts software to American mushroom farmers. Paragon represented a significant departure from Microsphere and had early success with developing games based on Marvel Comics licenses, which they secured with the help of Spiderman creator, Stan Lee. Paragon had continued success as developers in the early 1990s with their MegaTraveller series and Game Designer's Workshop licenses (e.g. Space 1889, Twilight: 2000).
