Notes
Status: Defunct. Founded in 1988 by brothers Andreas and Marc Wardenga in Plön, Northern Germany. Later they moved the head office to the business park of Eutin. Best known for BUNDESLIGA MANAGER, published in 1989. A late sequel of the classic, ''Bundesliga Manager 97'', becomes the wrecking ball for the company due to mismanagement: instead of releasing a fully working version, they tried to improve the half-working version by applying lots of patches, which was doomed to become the death sentence for Software 2000. Eventually filed for bankruptcy at the beginning of February 2002. The once prosperous software company could not be preserved from disintegration anymore.
