Founded in 1981/82 by Mike Mahoney & Dave Palmer. Dave left in 1986 to start Alternative & Mike left the industry in 1988 and his brother, Tim, took over. Alligata began converting 8-bit titles to Amiga, Atari ST & PC in 1988, but closed soon after.
