Copy disk contents to a game folder on HD (e.g. "Zany"). Make an assign to the game folder in s:user-startup using a text editor (e.g. type: Assign Zany: DH0:Zany). Launch game from HD by double-clicking the 'ZANY' icon

To get to the secret level, make it to the last level and look for the mouse hole. When the two eyes flash knock the ball in and off you go to the secret level.
