Notes

[1] Originally released in late 1988 as DOWN AT THE TROLLS by Rainbow Arts in Germany and subsequently re-released on budget by Top Shots, the game was also released in the UK and elsewhere in early 1989 as REALM OF THE TROLLS by GO!/U.S. Gold and later re-released worldwide on budget and in compilations under the same title.

[2] Game was originally released on 2 disks (DOWN AT THE TROLLS by Rainbow Arts and REALM OF THE TROLLS by GO!/U.S. Gold), but budget/compilation versions were released on 1 disk only (REALM OF THE TROLLS by Rainbow Arts).

Please note, however, that the Top Shots budget version released in Germany and elsewhere in Europe is, indeed, REALM OF THE TROLLS - as printed on the retail game disk - despite the game being referred to as "DOWN AT THE TROLLS" on the game box and in the manual.

[3] Game features joystick/mouse/keyboard control, savegame support and a built-in construction kit that allows players to modify existing levels in the game or, alternatively, create completely new levels altogether.

[4] Distributed in Germany by Rushware.
